3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our platform, including AI video generation, cloud storage, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Social media platforms: When you connect your accounts, we share content and access tokens with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn to publish on your behalf.
• Your CRM platform: We sync data with your existing CRM as part of the email automation service.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems. Backup data may persist for up to 180 days.
